I am Laila Monterey, a passionate actress, screenwriter and director based in Innsbruck, Austria. My journey in film and television has allowed me to explore various roles and international projects from London to Los Angeles until Berlin, Vienna and finally Innsbruck. I feel very proud having been selected as a Berlinale Talent in 2011 as an upcoming European film artist or receiving the award of “Best Supporting Actress” at the New York International Film Festival in the same year.
I’ve also been recognized for my writing and directing with awards like “Best Director” and “Best Film” at the International Economic Film Days for the historical movie „1821.“
In addition to my work in film, I offer life coaching services, helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.
